I'm finding myself taking really deep breaths more often, and it feels like I'm putting in extra effort just to breathe sometimes. Is this something that's normal, or do you think I should get it checked out with some tests?

View allI'm really struggling with my bronchial asthma. Lately, I've been coughing non-stop, day and night. I've been using my inhalers, levolin viola and Airtec FB 200, which used to help, but now they dont seem to be doing anything for my wheezing and coughing. I only get this issue during the winter months. What can I do to get some relief?

I've just finished a round of clarithromycin but still have this chesty, wet, persistent cough. I went back and got prescribed azithromycin for 4 days, and it seemed to helpI felt much better. But now, just two days after finishing the meds, the cough is back. Could this be just my lungs clearing stuff out? I'm also feeling really congested in my nose again. What could be going on?

Ive been experiencing pain when I breathe or sneeze, and I've visited several doctors without finding any relief. I decided to get an ultrasound, and the results showed a pleural effusion of 300-400ml. I'm quite worried and unsure of what steps to take next. Can anyone offer some guidance on what this means and what I should do?
