I'm getting ready for a medical exam for my visa and I'm really worried because I'm a smoker. I usually go through about two to three packs a day, but after hearing about the x-ray exam, I got pretty anxious and decided I need to quit. The cravings have been intense, so I'm down to a maximum of five a day for now. Im wondering, do these changes or any lung patches I have increase the chances of my visa being rejected? I could use some advice.

It's great that you're trying to reduce your smoking, but lung patches can sometimes raise concerns during medical exams. However, cutting down to 5 cigarettes a day is a positive step. It's important to be honest during the examination and follow your healthcare provider's advice. Good luck with your visa process, and continue working towards quitting!

View allI've had a dry cough for the last three months, and while I'm generally feeling fine with no fever or anything like that, the cough just won't completely go away. I tried taking Zed S syrup, Corex T syrup, and Bro Clear for three days, but it doesn't seem to clear up entirely. I still get a bit of a cough when I gargle. Could you recommend a medicine that might really help clear it up?

My son has been suffering from fever and a persistent cough for the last year. I've consulted many hospitals, but there's been no improvement in his health. The fever returns every ten days, and the cough is a constant issue. What could be causing this, and what should we do?
