my brother is on TB medication and his MRI report shows some issues a private doctor recommended surgery but can he recover with just meds and a good diet or is surgery really necessary

I've been noticing that my SPO2 level is above 95, which I thought was supposed to be okay, but I'm still experiencing some breathlessness today. Should I be worried about this or is it normal to feel this way sometimes?

I've been dealing with a persistent cough for about a week now, and it seems to get worse at night. I've tried using cough syrup, but it hasn't helped. What else can I do to get some relief?
