I'm going through some serious hair loss since I had dengue back in March. It's been really tough, especially since I'm a med student myself. My doc initially suggested minoxidil, but after checking it out online, I stopped using it after about 10 days. My hair fall seemed to get worse, so I went back, and now I'm on Percos hair serum. I'm really anxious and curious if Percos has any side effects and if it's okay to stop using it at some point. Also, I've heard about cysteine treatment at Lakme, and I wonder if I can try that alongside my current treatment. I'm using Revilus shampoo and taking Actilife and Antoxid. Any advice?

View allI recently burned my leg with a bike silencer about three days ago. The skin in that area has turned black, and while there's no pain, there's this clear liquid on a popped blister that keeps coming back after I clean it with a cotton. Should I be worried about this? Do you think it's necessary for me to see a doctor?
Given the burn's severity, appearance, and discharge, it's essential to consult a doctor or visit a burn care clinic to assess the wound's depth, prevent infection, and promote proper healing; the transparent liquid and recurring discharge may indicate an infection, and the blackened skin could be a sign of a third-degree burn,

I'm really worried about my skin after using No Scar cream. I'm experiencing some side effects, and it's making me anxious. How long does it usually take for the skin to get back to normal and regain its usual appearance after such issues?
It is difficult to predict exactly how long it will take for the skin to return to its previous appearance after experiencing side effects from a no scar cream. The time frame can vary depending on the individual's skin type, the severity of the side effects, and how the skin responds to treatment. However, you can consider using a gentle moisturizer like Cetaphil or Aveeno to help soothe the skin and promote healing.

Which oil is best for hair growth?
Peppermint oil with any carrier oil like castor oil, almond oil,Argan oil promotes hair growth by increasing scalp circulation. Also, frequency of oiling the hair must be individualised according to your hair/ scalp type. Persons with oily or greasy hair/ scalp must avoid frequent oil application to hair while persons with dry hair may safely use oil for mosturizing the scalp.
