I'm having a bit of an issue with my foreskin not being able to pull back over the head of my penis because its too tight. From what Ive read, it seems like it might be phimosis. When I was a kid, a small part of my foreskin was cut by a doctor because it got stuck and wouldn't return to its normal position. There's an image attached for reference. Could you help me figure out whats going on and what I should do next?

I'm really worried because I've noticed that my ejaculation force has been very weak when I masturbate, and it's been happening for a couple of months now. I've also seen a decrease in the amount of semen. I'm 29, 5'5" in height, and weigh 63 kg. I don't have any medical issues and I'm not married. Can you please help me understand what might be going on and how I can fix it?

I'm really concerned because I was diagnosed with 3mm kidney stones a couple of months ago, and despite taking KCIT syrup, I'm still experiencing pain in my lower abdomen, groin area, and around my penis. How long does it usually take for these symptoms to go away? Is there something else I should be doing or taking to help the situation?
take tamsulosin tablet at night times and plenty of fluids
