I'm having this feeling like there's a needle and a burning sensation inside my anus, especially when I sit down. It's really annoying, and when I walk, it feels like there's stool stuck there. I've been dealing with constipation for about 34 weeks now, and just yesterday when I tried forcing the stool out, I felt like a jolt of pain, like a needle inside. What could be causing this, and how can I get some relief?

The symptoms of feeling a needle-like sensation, heat, and pain in the anus, accompanied by constipation and a sensation of stool presence, could indicate an anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or proctitis; consider consulting a gastroenterologist

I've got Gasex and Rabicer D at home do you think it's okay to take either of these for gas relief, or should I try something else?
