I'm having this issue with my skin where the sides of my nose get flaky after I shower. They've also started turning dark and itchy. I've been using Pears soap for a long time, like over a year, and I'm not sure if that's causing it. I went to the doctor before, and they gave me a hyperpigmentation cream, but it hasn't really helped. What do you think could be causing this, or what should I try next?

View allI've been using Deriva CMS gel at night for my acne, and I'm considering using a clear gel in the morning for the spots. Is that a good combo, or should I be cautious? Would love some advice on this, as I'm a bit unsure about mixing different treatments.
Yes continue all the medications.

I'm an MBBS doctor dealing with acne vulgaris grade 2, and after trying minoz 40mg for 10 days with topical adaplene gel, I still haven't seen any improvement. I'm wondering what I should try next. Do you think Tretinoin would be necessary, and what would the dose be? I've noticed it gets worse pre-menstrually. Any advice?

I'm really struggling with exfoliative cheilitis and it's causing a lot of damage to my lips. I've heard that surgery might be an option, but I'm not sure if there are any effective creams I should try first. Could you please let me know what might help?
