I'm having this issue with my skin where the sides of my nose get flaky after I shower. They've also started turning dark and itchy. I've been using Pears soap for a long time, like over a year, and I'm not sure if that's causing it. I went to the doctor before, and they gave me a hyperpigmentation cream, but it hasn't really helped. What do you think could be causing this, or what should I try next?

I've been having this issue with my right nipple where it keeps getting dry and itchy off and on for a few weeks now. There's also this dry patch on the areola area, like dry skin. I try using moisturizer, and it helps a bit, but it goes back to being dry and itchy pretty quickly, especially after showering. There's no pain or bleeding, or anything else weird going on. Should I be worried about this? Does it sound serious?

I've been dealing with a genital herpes diagnosis on the head of my penis, and while my HIV test came back negative, these sores keep reappearing every 10 to 12 days. I was prescribed Acivir 400 and an ointment, both of which I stopped using after the initial 10-day treatment as the doctor advised. But when the sores come back, I can't help but start taking the Acivir again and applying the ointment. Is this okay to do, or should I be sticking to a specific course of medication? Are there other treatments that might help reduce how often these sores break out? Also, any precautionary measures I should be considering?
