I've been using Deriva CMS gel at night for my acne, and I'm considering using a clear gel in the morning for the spots. Is that a good combo, or should I be cautious? Would love some advice on this, as I'm a bit unsure about mixing different treatments.

I'm dealing with this dark brown pus that's coming from my hand and back, and it's got this really bad smell. Is this something normal that happens sometimes, or should I be worried about it? And what kind of treatment would you recommend for something like this?

Dark brown pus with a foul smell is not normal and indicates a bacterial infection. *Possible Causes* 1. *Folliculitis*: Infected hair follicles can cause pus-filled bumps. 2. *Abscess*: A pocket of pus that forms in the skin, often caused by bacterial infections. 3. *Infected cysts or boils*: Blocked pores or oil glands can become infected, leading to pus and a foul smell. 4. *Cellulitis*: A bacterial infection of the skin and underlying tissues. *Treatment* 1. *Antibiotics*: Topical or oral antibiotics may be prescribed to treat the bacterial infection. 2. *Warm compresses*: Applying a warm, damp washcloth to the affected area can help bring the pus to a head and encourage drainage. 3. *Incision and drainage*: In some cases, a doctor may need to drain the pus by making a small incision. 4. *Good hygiene*: Keeping the affected area clean and dry can help prevent the spread of infection.

I'm dealing with a fungal infection and now my testis skin is really dry. I've been using Tyza 250mg, Livafin Cream, LCZ 5mg, and Momate Cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping much or maybe it's just too slow. Can you suggest an alternative cream for dry skin down there?

Alternative Creams for Dry Skin* 1. *Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream*: A rich, non-greasy moisturizer for dry skin. 2. *Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream*: Provides long-lasting hydration and helps repair dry skin. 3. *CeraVe Moisturizing Cream*: A fragrance-free, non-comedogenic cream that helps repair and lock in moisture. 4. *Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream*: Soothes and moisturizes dry, itchy skin. *Additional Tips* 1. *Keep the area clean*: Gently wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water. 2. *Avoid harsh soaps*: Steer clear of soaps that contain fragrances, dyes, or other irritants. 3. *Apply moisturizer after bathing*: Lock in moisture while the skin is still damp. 4. *Wear loose, breathable clothing*: Reduce friction and irritation.
