I'm having an issue with my uvula. It seems unusually long and stretched out, and feels almost like there's something stuck in my throat when there isn't. Sometimes it makes me gag randomly. Is this something I should be worried about?

Elongation of uvula usually occurs secondary to chronic irritation which can be caused by reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder or recurrent injuries caused by irritants such as smoking and alcohol. Treatment of the primary problem is necessary

View allMy sinuses are killing me and the pain is unbearable, especially when I lie down it feels like someone's smashing my nose with a hammer. My throat hurts too and there's so much pressure building up. I really don't want to go straight to surgery or antibiotics, are there any natural remedies that can help with this?
Sinus pressure occurs when the membranes that line your nasal passages become irritated or inflamed. Mucus may also build up and stop draining, leading to pain and pressure. Causes include colds, allergies and sinus infections. Taking over-the-counter medications and keeping your sinuses moist can help ease discomfort.
