I've been dealing with red bumps on the back of my throat and tongue for a week now. They're itchy but not really painful. It's winter and everyone's got a cold at work, so I ended up with a mild cold too, and a couple of nights of low fever. I've also been experiencing loose stools. This happened once before, about 8 months ago, when I caught a cold. Should I be worried about the red bumps coming back? What could be causing this, and are there any remedies I should try?

I've noticed a single white spot on my left tonsil for about two months now. There's no pain or anything, and I'm familiar with tonsil stones, but this doesn't seem like that. What could it possibly be? Could it be something I should be worried about?

I've had sinusitis for almost two months now and even after taking antibiotics and using a nasal spray, the pressure just won't go away. My CT scan showed a slightly deviated septum to the left, right concha bullosa, hypertrophy of both inferior nasal turbinates, and polypoidal thickening in the maxillary and left ethmoid bulla. Should I consider surgery or wait it out for a few more years?
septoplasty is advised to the patient.
