I'm having this issue where every time I get an erection or after having sex, my penis seems to crack at one particular spot. It heals after a few days, but then it just happens again the next time. Is there any cream or solution I could use to prevent this from happening?

The recurring cracks on your penis, particularly in one position, during or after erection, may be caused by a condition called penile fissures, which can be painful and may lead to bleeding or infection; applying a topical cream or ointment, such as petroleum jelly, aloe vera gel, or a fragrance-free lubricant, may help soothe and protect the affected area

I've been having some issues during sex where I come out really quickly when I try to insert, but if I don't attempt to insert, I can stay erect for a long time. I'm also a bit unsure about if there are any specific positions that might help with this. Any advice on what might be going on or what I could try?

It sounds like you may be experiencing erectile dysfunction. I recommend trying Viagra (Sildenafil) 50mg about 1 hour before sexual activity. This can help improve blood flow to the penis and maintain an erection. As for positions, it's best to experiment and find what is most comfortable and pleasurable for you and your partner. Remember to consult a specialist before starting any new medication.

I've been prone masturbating for the past five years and just realized what it could lead to. I've tried using my hands, but it really didn't work for me. When I tried prone again, it worked. Does it usually take time to get used to using hands? I really don't want to go prone again. Is it normal for someone who's been doing this for five or six years to have trouble adjusting to using their hands?

Thats unusual, visit General Physician for appropriate approach.and maintain balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
