I'm having an issue where every time I have sex, I end up ejaculating within a few seconds, which leaves my partner feeling disappointed. I've been masturbating for the last 10 years, and I'm worried that this might be causing the problem. I'm 27 years old now, and someone mentioned it might be Nara daurbalya, nerves weakness. Could this be true, and what can I do about it? I'm really concerned and would like some advice.

how much does prostate laser surgery cost compared to hernia surgery and how long does it take to recover from each one also what are the possible risks or complications for both procedures
Prostate laser surgery costs more than hernia surgery, and recovery times are generally shorter for hernia surgery. Both procedures have potential risks, though prostate laser surgery may have fewer complications like heavy bleeding and extended hospital stays

My cousin has a liver stone and we're wondering if robotic surgery could be an option for this. We're based in Delhi and have all the test reports ready. Could you advise if this condition might need robotic surgery and if we should bring the patient along with the reports for a consultation?
Liver stone can be treated by ERCP or laparoscopic/robotic surgery if accessible; bring all reports to GI surgeon in Delhi for confirmation.
