I'm having this issue where my stool has undigested food in it for about a month now, and I'm also experiencing a burning feeling when I pee. My urine culture test showed E. Coli, but apparently, the colony count is low. Are these two problems connected? Could the UTI be causing the undigested food situation, or are they unrelated? I'm a bit concerned and would appreciate your thoughts on this.

Possible Causes_
- Musculoskeletal issues: Strained or pulled muscles in the abdominal or intercostal areas, especially if you've recently increased gym intensity.
- Gastrointestinal issues: Gallbladder problems, liver issues, or gastrointestinal inflammation (e.g., gastritis) could cause discomfort under the right rib.
- Other possible causes: Pneumonia, pleurisy, or costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage that connects the ribs to the breastbone) might also contribute to this discomfort.
Whom to Consult
- Primary Care Physician (PCP):
- Schedule an appointment with your PCP to discuss your symptoms and medical history.
- They'll evaluate your overall health and refer you to a specialist if needed.
- Gastroenterologist:
- If your PCP suspects a gastrointestinal issue, they might refer you to a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
- Orthopedic Specialist or Sports Medicine Doctor:
- If your PCP believes the discomfort is related to a musculoskeletal issue, they might recommend consulting an orthopedic specialist or sports medicine doctor.
Before Consulting a Doctor
- Monitor your symptoms: Keep track of when the discomfort occurs, how long it lasts, and any factors that relieve or exacerbate it.
- Gym activities: Inform your doctor about your gym routine, including any recent changes or intense workouts.

View allI'm wondering if it's okay to give ofloxacin oz for treating piles. The person I'm asking about is already on medication for hypertension. Can you advise me on this?
Using Ofloxacin OZ for Piles (Hemorrhoids)_ 1. _Not the first line of treatment_: Ofloxacin OZ is not typically used to treat piles. Hemorrhoids are usually managed with lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, and topical treatments. 2. _Potential risks_: Using antibiotics like Ofloxacin OZ for piles may lead to unnecessary antibiotic exposure, increasing the risk of antibiotic resistance and side effects. _Interactions with Hypertension Medication_ 1. _Potential interactions_: Ofloxacin OZ may interact with certain hypertension medications, such as beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or diuretics. 2. _Monitor blood pressure and adjust medication_: If Ofloxacin OZ is prescribed, your doctor should monitor your blood pressure and adjust your hypertension medication as needed.

I've been experiencing chest pain when I move my upper body, and if I press lightly on my chest, it sometimes makes me burp. It's been worrying me a bit, and I'm not sure what could be causing it. Could it be something serious or just something minor? Would love to get your thoughts on what might be happening.

I've been dealing with burps and these weird gurgling sounds in my throat for the past two months. Whenever I walk, take the stairs, or lie down, there's this liquid sound in my throat too. I have this mild dry cough and sometimes feel a bit breathless. Even though I had a chest X-ray a month ago that came back normal, I still get these random vibrations in my chest. I'm not sure what's causing all of this, but it's really tiring me out. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
ENT opinion is advised to the patient.
