I'm having this issue where soap got into my ear and now there's this constant beeping sound. I'm 19, and I tried using ear drops called Waxrid from Kaizen Drugs. But I'm not sure how many drops I should use. Can you help me figure it out?

View allI've been using Waxonil ear drops because I thought it would help the earwax come out, but the wax just isn't coming out and now it feels like my ears are blocked. What could be happening, and what should I do next?
Yes, in most cases, the loosened ear wax should come out on its own after using Waxonil ear drops. Waxonil ear drops soften ear wax so it can run out naturally without harming the ear. so it will takes some time if your wax is so hard to become soft if after 3-4 days doesnt come consult ent surgeon for wax removal procedure

I've been hearing this continuous beep in my right ear since yesterday evening, and it just won't stop, not even for a second. I tried using the ear drops you mentioned last night, but it didn't make a difference. I'm wondering what could be causing this and what steps I should take next. Im 30 and havent had any major medical issues or allergies before. Could you help me figure this out?
That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.

I'm worried about my left ear. It has around 70 holes in the eardrum. Is there any way it can heal on its own without needing surgery? What's the best solution for this?
