I'm having a lot of discomfort on my right side and just found out I have a kidney stone. They gave me some painkillers and did an ultrasound showing it's about 3.9 mm. Is there a good chance this will pass on its own with urine? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

View allMy father has been dealing with frequent urination and a burning sensation when he pees. We saw a doctor who recommended tests like Haemogram, CUE, PSA, HBA1C, and an ultrasound scan of the pelvis and abdomen. Everything looked fine except the PVR was 500ml. Now they've done a cystoscopy and are suggesting TURP surgery. Is this the right time to go for surgery, or should we wait and try more medications? Can this be managed with just medicines?
if conservative therapy fails ,TURP is advised.

I'm really struggling with a masturbation addiction. It seems like every time I have some free time, I end up doing it. Sometimes it's as much as three or four times a day, and it's really starting to affect me. I can't seem to gain any weight either. Could there be a connection, and what can I do to manage this habit better?
Normal,nothing to worry ok.
