I'm having a lot of discomfort on my right side and just found out I have a kidney stone. They gave me some painkillers and did an ultrasound showing it's about 3.9 mm. Is there a good chance this will pass on its own with urine? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

I'm a bit concerned because I've noticed some small white lumps in my semen when I ejaculate after masturbating. Can anyone help me figure out what might be going on?
These small lumps you are noticing in your semen could be due to a few different reasons. One possibility is that they are sperm clumps, which can be normal and not a cause for concern. However, if these lumps are accompanied by pain, swelling, or changes in your semen consistency, it could be a sign of an underlying issue such as an infection or inflammation of the prostate or seminal vesicles. I recommend you to consult a doctor for further evaluation and appropriate management.
