I've noticed my penis seems to be getting really small and even shrinking up to my lower abdomen when I go to urinate, particularly this winter. Im 36 and have never experienced this before. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be a medical issue?

Cold Weather: Exposure to cold temperatures can cause blood vessels to constrict, leading to a temporary decrease in penis size. This is a common phenomenon, especially during winter months.

Phimosis during erection may need stretching creams or steroid ointments; surgery only if tightness worsens or pain persists.

i'm 27 with a slim build and my penis is small and thin is it possible to increase the size without surgery i'm really concerned about this
Non-surgical options like vacuum devices or PRP have limited evidence; surgery remains the only reliable way to increase penile size.

My husband just had a urine test, and his epithelial cell count came back as 810. He had appendicitis surgery about 3 years ago, but he's been experiencing some pain in his lower abdomen recently.
