I've noticed my penis seems to be getting really small and even shrinking up to my lower abdomen when I go to urinate, particularly this winter. Im 36 and have never experienced this before. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be a medical issue?

View allI've been dealing with a urethral stricture for the last 3 years and have been doing dilation regularly. Now I'm considering surgery what are my options and is it the right time to go for it
Endoscopic urethrotomy. This procedure uses a thin, tubelike tool that has a lens, called a cystoscope. The cystoscope goes into the urethra. Then a tool is put through the cystoscope to remove the stricture or treat it with a laser. This surgical procedure has a faster recovery than do some other procedures.

I've had bxo for about 15 days now and I'm really worried. Can you tell me what treatment options are available? Is this condition curable or will I need surgery?
Your symptoms can be relieved by the use of steroid creams or ointments. Bland moisturisers help to soften and protect the skin. In men, tightening of the foreskin will often respond to steroid ointments; if not, a circumcision may be worth considering. In children, circumcision is usually required
