I'm having a lot of pain in my right ear because of a cold, but it doesn't feel like it's clogged or anything. My ears look normal but the pain is still there. What could be causing this pain?

View allI'm a bit confused and worried about the results from my recent CT scan. It mentioned complete opacification of the left maxillary antrum and polypoid thickening on the right side. Could you help me understand what this means?

I've been dealing with sinus issues for a really long time now. Every time I have something cold, I start sneezing nonstop. Even when my room fan is on high speed, I wake up sneezing with a lot of coughing, and it happens in summer too. It's been a year since I could eat ice cream. I've been on homeopathy for 4 months but no improvement. I keep taking Sinarest for temporary relief and go through almost a full strip every month. Is there any permanent solution for this? Would sinus surgery help or will I have to live with this sneezing forever?
septoplasty for DNS is advised to the patient if conservative treatment is ineffective.

I'm worried about my 10-year-old son because he has some wax built up in his ears. I've heard about using Clearwax ear drops, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Can you give me some advice on how to use them properly to clean his ears? Are there any side effects I should be worried about?
Instill two drops in each ear three times in a day,the wax would come out on its own,do not attempt to remove it.
