I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion. I'm really anxious about what this means. Could you help me understand this condition a bit better and let me know if it's something I could pass on to others?

I've noticed a small, white, pimple-like spot on the right side of my throat that's been there for about 10-12 days now. I've started taking Becasoule and Cetirizine for the past two days, but I'm not sure if that's helping. Should I be worried about this, or is there something else I should be doing?
