I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion. I'm really anxious about what this means. Could you help me understand this condition a bit better and let me know if it's something I could pass on to others?

I'm really worried because I had a tympanoplasty before, and it didn't work out. The doctors mentioned that if I decide to try again, there's only a 50% chance of success. I'm feeling unsure about what to do next. Could you provide some guidance on this situation?

I've been having this sharp pin-pricking sensation in my throat whenever I swallow saliva. It usually happens the first time after it goes away, but then the same pain comes back after a little while. It's been like this for the past two weeks.
