I'm having a lot of trouble with a cough and breathing issues lately. It's been about a week and it's really starting to worry me. Im not sure what steps I should take or what might be causing it. Could you help me figure out what to do next?

My dad's been dealing with Pulmonary TB, and the doctor put him on Forecox tablets. He's taking two a day for 70 days, and he's already 40 days in. Lately, he's been complaining about pain in his knees and hands. Could this be a side effect? Also, what kind of diet should he be on, and are there any specific precautions he needs to follow?

My mom just got a positive COVID result and today marks the 7th day of her fever journey. I checked her blood work, and it's mostly normal with a CRP of 7, and her Spo2 is at 99. The fever's gone now, but she's having chest pain when she has a dry cough. Should we consider going for a chest X-ray, or is an HRCT a better option? I'm really unsure about the best step here.

do chest xray that's enough

I've been having pain on the right side of my chest and noticed some bleeding when I cough during morning brushing. There's also shortness of breath when walking. My CT scan showed something about osteochondroma near the mid ribs on the right side, but the report wasn't definitive it had a question mark next to osteochondroma. I'd prefer medication over surgery which type of doctor should I see for this?

See an orthopedic or thoracic surgeon; further imaging may clarify the diagnosis before considering any invasive steps.
