I got my blood work done and found out my ESR is 30 and AEC is 480. My general practitioner suggested I take Eofil once at night for 25 days, and I've already taken it for 5 days. Im still experiencing breathing difficulties, thoughsome days are better, but others are really tough. Could you give me some advice on what I should do next?

I'm 17 and I've had a fever ranging between 97.7 to 100 for a year now. My doctor said it's pleurisy from TB and I've been on TB meds like Akurit4 and Rcinex. The pleurisy fluid's gone and I've gained weight, but the fever hasn't stopped. Now my neck is swollen on the left side for the past 20 days. What could be going on?
