I'm having this neck pain for the last couple of days, and it feels like my neck is kind of locked up, maybe like suluku or something. Could you recommend any ointments or balms that might help with this issue?

Feeling a heavy head, especially after eating, can be uncomfortable. Given your blood pressure (BP) reading of 15090 mmHg, it's essential to address both concerns. However, I must emphasize that medication should only be taken under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Possible Causes of Heavy Head
- High Blood Pressure: Uncontrolled high BP can cause headaches and a feeling of heaviness in the head.
- Digestive Issues: Eating certain foods can trigger digestive issues, leading to a heavy head feeling.
- Dehydration: Inadequate hydration can cause headaches and a feeling of heaviness.
Lifestyle Changes
- Monitor and manage BP: Work with your doctor to control your BP through lifestyle changes and medication.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
- Eat smaller, frequent meals: Avoid heavy meals that can exacerbate digestive issues.
- Avoid trigger foods: Identify and avoid foods that trigger digestive issues or headaches.
Medication (only under medical guidance)
- BP medication: Your doctor may prescribe medication to help control your BP.
- Pain relief medication: Over-the-counter pain relief medication like acetaminophen or ibuprofen may be recommended for headaches.

I fractured my ankle with both linear and oblique fractures and a mild dislocation will I need surgery or can plaster treatment fix this? I'm worried about the best way to heal properly
Whether you need surgery or a plaster cast depends on the severity of your ankle fracture and the extent of the dislocation. A mild dislocation might be treated with a cast or boot, while a more severe fracture and dislocation could require surgery to realign the bones and ligaments. Consulting with an orthopedic surgeon is crucial to determine the best treatment plan for your specific injury

my right thumb is fractured and the doctor is recommending surgery with k wires is there any other treatment option or do i really need the surgery
If the fracture is displaced or unstable, K-wire surgery is the standard approach. Minor, stable fractures can sometimes be managed with casting. Get a second opinion with X-ray.
