I'm having this ongoing pain around my breast and underarm, mostly on the right side, and it's been happening for about 4 months now. It initially started with pain on the right side of my chest, and sometimes I even get nipple pain. There aren't any lumps or swelling, no redness, fever, or changes in shape. I had an X-ray and that came back normal. I also have sinus problems and my Vitamin D3 level is at 21. I'm not experiencing any breathing issues. Could you please help me figure out what's going on?

I've got this really big fibroid on the back wall of my uterus and my periods are normal, but the fibroid is like 13 cm. Should I consider getting surgery for it, or would trying homeopathic medicines be better? I'm really unsure about what to do and would love some advice.

For a fibroid of that size, surgical intervention is usually recommended to address the issue effectively. Homeopathic medicines may not be able to shrink a fibroid of that size significantly. I would advise consulting with a gynecologist to discuss the surgical options available, such as a myomectomy or hysterectomy, based on your individual case.

I'm really concerned about the number of times I've taken the i-pill. I've noticed my period flow has become less frequent since I started using it, and I'm worried if this could affect my chances of having a healthy pregnancy in the future. Could taking the i-pill so often cause any long-term issues?

Taking I-pills (emergency contraceptive pills) multiple times does not significantly impact future pregnancy chances, but frequent use can lead to menstrual irregularities, including infrequent or lighter periods; however, fertility typically returns to normal after stopping I-pill use, and most women can conceive within a year of stopping, but consult a gynecologist for personalized advice on managing menstrual irregularities and optimizing reproductive health.

My USG report shows a bulky anteverted uterus with a thick midline endometrium of 10.1mm and well-apposed. The length is 8.71cm and width 4.70cm. I also have PCOD. I'm really worried does this mean I'll struggle to have a baby or need surgery? I'm only 21 and scared about what this means for my fertility.

kindly consult an endocrinologist for further amanagent and evaluation of pcod
