I'm having a really hard time hearing because my ear is blocked with wax. I've never really used cotton buds or pins to clean my ears since I was a kid, but now I feel like I might need to. I'm really worried about damaging my eardrums, though. Is there another way to get rid of the wax without using buds or pins? I'd really appreciate any advice on what I can do.

I've been taking Febrex Plus and Telekast L, and I've also been using Floresp AZ nasal spray. I'm just wondering what else I should do to feel better. Is there anything else you'd recommend to help with these symptoms?

I've been dealing with this ear block on and off for the past couple of months. It seems to get worse when I'm talking at work, but it doesn't bother me at all in the mornings. Any idea what's going on with that? Would love some advice.
You need to get your ear and nose examined .The block could be due multiple reasons which need to be ruled out.
