I'm having a really hard time sleeping because every time I close my eyes, I wake up almost right away feeling like I can't breathe. This mainly happens during the day when I try to nap. I've been going to bed really late, like after 2 a.m. Could that be causing it, or is something else going on?

I'm dealing with a viral flu and it's been about two days now. I visited my doctor today, and he mentioned I've got a bit of wheezing on top of everything. He suggested I take Pulmoclear tablets twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, for a week, alongside the antibiotics I'm already on. I've never taken Pulmoclear before and it's my first time experiencing wheezing. Is this medication safe for me? I'm pretty anxious about trying something new and don't know how my body will react or if it's going to work well for me. Could you give me some advice?

I'm having trouble breathing properly; it feels like my breaths aren't satisfying, and I can't take a deep breath. I find myself yawning regularly, like once a minute, trying to compensate. It feels like there's something blocking my inhale. What could be causing this, and is there something I should do about it?

I've been dealing with a cough on and off for about three months now. It always seems to go away when I take antibiotics, but as soon as I have something cold, the cough comes right back with wheezing. I also had an X-ray, and it showed some prominent bronchovascular findings. I'm a 30-year-old female, and I'm starting to get really worried about what's going on. What should I do?
