I'm having a really tough time with constipation for the past two days. It's so painful, and to make it worse, there's blood whenever I try to go. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I've been feeling a bit off since last night. I ate biryani around 10:30 PM, and this morning I started vomiting. I tried drinking Eno, but I'm still experiencing some occasional pain. It's weird because sometimes it feels like I might vomit again, and I've also been dealing with a lot of gas and waste leaving my body. Could this be something serious, or is it just food-related?
