I'm having a really tough time with hair fall lately, and after checking in with a dermatologist, they suggested I take Triboost tablets. The problem is, I can't seem to find these tablets in any medical store around Bangalore. Could you recommend an alternative that's more easily available? I'm kind of worried and would really appreciate your advice.

I've noticed that my butt and knees are darker than the rest of my body and it bothers me. It just seems unattractive and I'm really hoping to even out my skin tone. I have a brown complexion. What can I do to make it all look more balanced?

To help even out the skin tone on your buttocks and knees, you can consider using a skin lightening cream that contains ingredients like hydroquinone, kojic acid, or alpha arbutin. These ingredients can help lighten dark areas of the skin and promote a more even tone. You can try using a cream like Meladerm or Ambi Fade Cream, applying it to the affected areas once or twice a day as directed. Additionally, make sure to exfoliate the skin regularly to remove dead skin cells and promote skin renewal. Remember to use sunscreen on these areas to prevent further darkening from sun exposure.

I've been dealing with some pretty bad itching around my tailbone and the upper part of my buttocks for the past 10 days. I've tried using Calamine, and it gave me a bit of relief but hasnt really solved the issue. Im starting to wonder if it might be a fungal infection. Do you think using an antifungal cream like Livafin could help with this? I'm just trying to figure out whats going on and how to get some relief.

Itching in the tailbone and upper buttock crevices can indeed be a sign of a fungal infection, especially if it has not improved with calamine lotion. You can try using an antifungal cream like Livafin (Terbinafine) twice a day for about 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help with the healing process.

I've been dealing with itchy testicles for a year now, and it's really getting worse. I make sure to clean my genital area daily, but it tends to be dry. I've tried everythingaloe moisturizers, Vera gel, soframycin oilbut nothing seems to work for long. I get some temporary relief, but the itching is really bad at midnight, early morning, or after going to the office gym. Can you suggest any medicine or ointment that might help with this?

For persistent testicular itchiness, consider consulting a dermatologist or urologist to rule out underlying conditions like eczema, psoriasis, or fungal infections; in the meantime, try applying a hydrocortisone cream (1%) or an antifungal cream like clotrimazole, and maintain good genital hygiene, avoiding harsh soaps and wearing breathable clothing, and if the issue persists, your doctor may prescribe stronger topical or oral medications.
