I'm really not that great at English, so bear with me. Anyway, about five days ago, I started feeling this chest tightness and had a lump-in-the-throat kind of feeling. So now, three days later, I'm feeling this discomfort in my lower left rib cage and my back, but there's no pain when I press on the area, and it disappeared after 24 hours. Right now, it's more about discomfort on the left side of my throat when I swallow, near my Adam's apple. I haven't had a fever since last week, either.
