I'm having this really uncomfortable itching problem under my testicles for over ten days now. It seems to get really bad during a bath when I wash them with soap. The itching is so intense that the skin becomes really red, and there's muscle pain too. I've tried using Fore Derm ointment and Absorb dusting powder, but nothing's helping. What should I do?

View allI'm a little puzzled about how to take Limcee, the vitamin C chewable my dermatologist suggested. Should I be chewing it or is it better if I suck on it? What's the best way to actually get the most benefit from it?
For Limcee, a vitamin C chewable tablet, chewing it is recommended over sucking, as chewing helps to break down the tablet and release the vitamin C, allowing for better absorption in the digestive system, whereas sucking may lead to swallowing the tablet whole, potentially reducing its effectiveness.

I'm dealing with a groin infection thats really been bothering me. Ive seen two different dermatologists so far. The first one thought it was ringworm and jock itch and gave me meds like Terbinafine and some others to take for a couple of months. It got better but came back as soon as I stopped the meds. Then, I went to another doctor, who said it was a fungal infection and switched up the medications for me. Its still not completely gone. On top of that, the treatment has darkened my skin around the area, which looks really bad since my natural skin tone is quite fair. I'm stuck and worried. What should I do to properly get rid of this infection and also handle the skin darkening?

I've got a bump that just popped up on the side of my nose out of nowhere, and it's been hanging around for two weeks. Whenever I try to mess with it, I get this white pus along with some blood from the pores. My skin is super oily and I do get these acne bumps sometimes. I'm wondering what might be going on and how I can get rid of it. Any thoughts?
The sudden bump on your nose could be a: 1. Sebaceous cyst 2. Pimple or acne cyst 3. Ingrown hair To get rid of the bump: *Self-Care* 1. *Stop picking*: Avoid squeezing or picking the bump to prevent further inflammation and scarring. 2. *Warm compresses*: Apply a warm, damp washcloth to the area for 5-7 minutes, 2-3 times a day. 3. *Keep the area clean*: Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser, avoiding harsh products. *Topical Treatments* 1. *Benzoyl peroxide*: Apply a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream or gel to the affected area. 2. *Tea tree oil*: Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil (coconut or olive oil) and apply it to the bump. *Professional Help* If the bump persists, worsens, or becomes severely inflamed, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, consider: 1. *Oily skin management*: Use oil-free products, and consider a clay-based mask to control oil production. 2. *Acne treatment*: If you're prone to acne, consider consulting a dermatologist for a personalized treatment plan.
