I'm having this really uncomfortable itching problem under my testicles for over ten days now. It seems to get really bad during a bath when I wash them with soap. The itching is so intense that the skin becomes really red, and there's muscle pain too. I've tried using Fore Derm ointment and Absorb dusting powder, but nothing's helping. What should I do?

I'm experiencing a tingling sensation all over my body and I'm really curious about what might be causing it. Also, I took a Fexo 180mg tablet yesterday and today I've got a fever. Is it possible that the tablet could be causing the fever? I'm a bit worried and would love to get some insights.

Tingling sensation all over the body_ can be caused by various factors, including: 1. Nutritional deficiencies (B12, vitamin D) 2. Nerve damage or neuropathy 3. Anxiety or stress 4. Certain medications 5. Hormonal changes 6. Infections (e.g., Lyme disease) 7. I'm really concerned because I've had very dry lips and the surrounding skin is red and flaky for about four months now. I've tried using ghee, milk cream, and different lip care products, but nothing seems to work. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

you may be experiencing severe dryness and inflammation of the lips. I recommend trying a medicated lip balm containing ingredients such as hydrocortisone and ceramides to help soothe the redness and dryness. You can also apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly or a lip balm with SPF throughout the day to keep your lips hydrated. Additionally, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated from the inside out. If the symptoms persist, you may need to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
