I'm having this really uncomfortable itching problem under my testicles for over ten days now. It seems to get really bad during a bath when I wash them with soap. The itching is so intense that the skin becomes really red, and there's muscle pain too. I've tried using Fore Derm ointment and Absorb dusting powder, but nothing's helping. What should I do?

View allI'm really worried about a condition my nephew has. He's 8 years old and has been dealing with white spots on his skin that seem to be spreading. They started on his feet, then moved to his knees, and now theyre all over his body. We've been taking him to a dermatologist, but I'm anxious to know if there's a chance of this being cured completely, or if it's something that will last a lifetime. Can you shed some light on this?
Vitiligo is a chronic skin condition where white patches develop on the skin due to a lack of melanin. While there is no definitive cure for vitiligo, treatment options are available to help manage the condition and improve the appearance of the skin. One common treatment is the use of topical corticosteroids, such as Clobetasol cream, applied to the affected areas to help repigment the skin. Another option is phototherapy, which involves exposing the skin to UV light to stimulate melanin production. In more severe cases, oral medications like Methoxsalen may be prescribed to help repigment the skin.

Is it okay to use dermocalm lotion for pimples? I got viral fever a couple of days ago, and now I have a lot of pimples on my back because of the heat. Could you let me know if applying dermocalm would help with this?

I've been diagnosed with a fungal infection, and my doctor recommended I take TRFY 250. I'm breastfeeding my little one, so I'm really worried about the safety of this medication. I've read some reviews that say it's not safe for nursing moms. Should I be considering an alternative treatment? What would you suggest?
