I'm having a really uncomfortable skin reaction after eating mangoes. My whole body is covered in red marks, and it gets worse if I miss a dose of the medications the doctors gave me: ommacortil, patadin, levosiz, and ranitidine. Is there anything specific I should avoid eating in this situation? And is it possible to find a permanent solution to stop this?

I've been dealing with acne and pimple breakouts for the past 5 years, and thankfully they have finally stopped. But now I'm left with a face full of scars, acne marks, and discoloration. What can I do to even out my skin tone and maybe reduce these marks and scars?

consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice on addressing acne scars, marks, and discoloration; they may recommend treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, or microneedling to help reduce scarring and hyperpigmentation, and prescribe topical creams or serums containing ingredients like retinoids, vitamin C, or niacinamide to promote skin rejuvenation and even tone.

I've been experiencing a skin issue where my neck has been significantly darker than the rest of my skin for about five years now. Recently, I've also noticed that I'm starting to get darkness around my nose. It's really been bothering me, and I'm curious about what might be causing this. Could there be an underlying reason for these pigmentation changes, and what can I do to address them?

That could be a condition called Acanthosis where hyperpigmentation is the symptom,if your over wt wt loss would help for this condition, visit your dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm wondering if it's okay to take vitamin supplements for my skin that expired just three months ago in January 2020. Are they still safe to use, or should I be concerned about any potential risks? Would appreciate your advice on this!
