I'm having some issues with my stomach. It's been feeling upset, and I'm getting these sour burps. Plus, my stomach just feels really full, like nothing's moving right. I'm not sure if I should take any medicine for it, or if eating something right now would help or make it worse. Could you advise on what I should do?

View allI've been dealing with this issue where I keep having this irritating feeling in my throat like there's mucus constantly forming there. I used to get this sensation maybe every 3 or 4 months, but for the past 6 months, it's been happening every single day and it's really affecting my life. On top of that, I've been experiencing what's probably gas reflux, and it's making things even worse. It's become quite miserable, and I'm finding it hard to eat. Do you have any idea what might be going on or how I could get some relief?

I'm feeling really uneasy and have this terrible vomiting sensation along with gas. I've tried taking pudin hara tablets and even vomited once, but the feeling hasn't gone away. I also took a pantop 40 for the gas, but I'm still not feeling any better. Since it's Dussehra, I'm not sure if I can find a doctor right now apart from emergency services. Could you please advise me on what I can do to actually vomit and maybe feel some relief?
drink plenty of water and give some rest it will reduce

I have multiple gallstones, with the largest being 12mm and others around 8-9mm. I'm also diabetic, and my HIDA scan showed 95% gallbladder function. Should I consider surgery for gallstones? I'm worried about potential future issues like chronic diarrhea, fat-soluble vitamin deficiencies, liver problems, or increased gas and acidity after gallbladder removal.
Given your multiple gallstones, including one 12mm stone, and your diabetes, surgery (cholecystectomy) is a strong consideration for addressing the gallstones. While a HIDA scan showing 95% gallbladder function indicates relatively good function, larger stones, especially in a diabetic patient, increase the risk of complications and may outweigh the benefits of maintaining the gallbladder
