I'm having some issues with my stool recently. It's been a bit sticky and somewhat loose, and I've also noticed a burning sensation when I go. I'm having to go to the bathroom 3 to 4 times a day, and this is happening even though I've cut down on spicy foods. I'm wondering if this could be related to an amoebic infection since I've been experiencing some sensation in my urine for which I'm getting treatment. Do you have any advice or thoughts on what might be going on?

View allI'm a bit concerned because my bilirubin levels are slightly elevated at about 2.1. I really would prefer not to use antibiotics and I'm thinking of trying a natural remedy or supplement to help with this. Between Liv 52 and Milk Thistle, which one would be a better choice for me?
-Given that your bilirubin is slightly elevated at 2.1, both Liv 52 and Milk Thistle can support liver health. Milk Thistle is often recommended for detoxifying the liver and reducing inflammation. Liv 52 has a more comprehensive formulation for liver fun
