I'm having some pain in my right ear and I think there might be an insect in there. I've been hearing these crackling and painful noises every now and then, only on that side. I tried using coconut oil and some warm water, but the noises haven't stopped. What should I do? Is there anything else I can try, or should I see a doctor?

View allI've been having this issue where there's a really smelly mucus coming from just one nostril, and I can't seem to shake off this runny nose. On top of that, I've been feeling kind of lethargic, and I've got this persistent headache thats just on one side of my forehead. Sometimes, I even notice some swelling on one of my cheeks. Could these symptoms be connected, and do you think I should be worried about something more serious?
That could be sinusitis needs a course of antibiotics, visit your ENT docotor for appropriate management and do steam inhalation for relief.

Hey, I've noticed that when my husband sneezes, there's this really bad smell. It's pretty concerning. He also has bad breath every now and then. What could be causing this? I'm a bit worried.
If this is his only symptom, then it could suggest a sinus infection. If the smell is perceived by everyone, but not your husband himself, it coulf be suggestive of atrophic rhinitis. In either case, it is recommendable to get an ENT specialist's opinion.

For the past 12 years, I've had this issue where one nostril is always blocked while the other works, and they keep switching throughout the day. I also get frequent colds and nasal congestion almost 15 days every month. Right now, I rely on Allegra, saline sprays, and Flutira decongestants, but it's not a permanent fix. Could this be something that surgery can cure? What's the best long-term treatment for this?
Summary. Allergies, colds, environmental pollutants, and many other triggers can contribute to a blocked nostril on one side. Many people with other health conditions like a deviated septum or nasal polyps may notice that their nose is only stuffy on one side
