I'm having some pain in my testicles, and they're not really the same shape. My left one is noticeably bigger than the right. Should I be worried about this difference? What could be causing the pain and the size difference?

I had orchiopexy surgery about 4 years ago and now I noticed a small lump really close to the top of my testicle could this just be scar tissue from the surgery or something else I should get checked out?
