Found a 76 mm HU 984 stone in my upper ureter causing mild hydroureteronephrosis and some fat stranding near the pelvic ureteric junction. Wondering if this can be treated with meds or if surgery is needed?

I've been having some trouble down there lately and it's starting to worry me. I've got these cuts on the inner joints of my penis, and it's making it really tough to pull back the skin.
