Found a 76 mm HU 984 stone in my upper ureter causing mild hydroureteronephrosis and some fat stranding near the pelvic ureteric junction. Wondering if this can be treated with meds or if surgery is needed?

View allI'm a bit concerned about having ejaculations during the night. Is this something normal, or could it signify a health issue? I'm curious if it might lead to any complications in the future.
No, nocturnal emissions (or "wet dreams") are a natural and normal occurrence, especially in younger individuals. They don't cause any harm or long-term problems, and there's no need for concern unless they're causing significant distress or affecting daily life.

My foreskin doesn't retract properly do I need to get circumcised before getting married? What are my options?
No, you don't need to get circumcised before marriage just because your foreskin doesn't retract properly. This condition, called phimosis, is not a medical emergency or a requirement for marriage. However, if phimosis causes pain, discomfort, or other issues, it's a good idea to talk to a doctor about treatment options. These options can include steroid creams, gentle stretching exercises, or, in some cases, circumcision.
