I'm having some trouble and could use your advice. Every time I go to the toilet, there's blood, and I'm really worried it might be piles. I've tried using this cream called beclomethasone, but it hasn't helped at all. Do you have any advice on other ways I can find relief or should I be doing something different?

I'm experiencing this strange sensation like something is crawling in my anus, but I can't see any worms or anything visible. This usually happens after I use the toilet and if I've been using the water pipe a lot. Could it possibly be some kind of infection from the water?
