I'm having some trouble with breathlessness and occasional chest pain. I got an ECG, and it came back normal, but a 2D echo showed mild concentric LVH with reduced diastolic compliance, grade 1. Everything else seemed fine. My hemoglobin is at 6.7, blood pressure at 16090, and pulse at 105. Cholesterol levels are total 149, triglycerides 94, HDL 55, and LDL 100. I also have some gastric issues, and the breathlessness feels better after I burp. Do you think this is something I should be worried about, or is it okay?

I'm dealing with depression and recently had some heart tests done - my TMT came back negative, and both my ECG and echo were normal. However, my doctor prescribed me macsart 40 for blood pressure. I'm confused and a bit worried. Why would they prescribe BP medicine if my tests are normal? Any advice would be appreciated.

My mom, who's 50, has been taking Thyronorm 50 for her thyroid. Her doctor mentioned noticing some changes in her ECG twice during her follow-ups and suggested she should get a TMT and an Echo done. Her 2D Echo looks normal with an LVEF of 65%, but her TMT came back positive for inducible ischemia at a moderate workload level. She's mentioned having shortness of breath sometimes when she's climbing stairs, but other than that, she's fine and doesn't have any chest pain or a history of high blood pressure or diabetes. What would you suggest as the next steps for her?
