What does it mean when a chest X-ray shows prominent bilateral perihilar vascular markings? Is that something I should be worried about? The rest of my results were normal, but I'm not sure what this part implies.

I've been on tuberculosis treatment for almost 5 months now and haven't had any symptoms for over 4 months. I'm doing these LFT tests every couple of weeks like my doctor suggested, and they've always come back normal. My main concern is about the mediastinal lymph node TB I have. How long do you think Ill need to continue the medication and how does the doctor decide when to stop the treatment? Also, my doctor mentioned having a small bottle of light beer once a week is okay, but I just wanted to double-check if that's really alright.

Patient is advised ATT for another 1 month ,Also alcohol cessation is advised to the patient.
