I've been dealing with TB for about 4 months now and taking meds for it. My recent CT scan showed some fibrotic changes in my lungs, and I occasionally feel chest pain and some inflammation. Should I be worried about this or do you think it'll improve on its own? I'm really worried because his oxygen levels are dropping, but the RTPCR test came back negative. We're still concerned it might be Covid. The problem is there's no oxygen cylinder or bed available, and we can't get through to the MH LKO team members for any support or medicine. We feel so helpless watching his condition worsen. Can you please advise us on what to do?

I'm a bit concerned about my oxygen saturation levels after recovering from COVID. Sometimes, while I'm sleeping, my SpO2 drops to around 91-92, but during the day it seems normal at 95. My CT scan showed a value of 1225. Should I be worried about these numbers, and how long might it take for everything to get back to normal?
