I'm having some trouble with my breathing that's been going on for about a year now. Around this time last year, I started noticing a bit of a problem with my breath, like my nose isn't always open properly. Sometimes I have to breathe through my mouth, and it feels like there's some sort of blockage in my nose. It got better after a few weeks, but now I'm experiencing the same issues again. It gets harder to breathe whenever I try to sleep, and I've even started feeling some chest pain. What could be causing this?

View allI've been having ear discharge and I'm worried my eardrum might have a hole can this heal without surgery or do I need to see a doctor right away
A ruptured eardrum, or a tear in the eardrum, often heals on its own within a few weeks. However, if you're experiencing ear discharge, especially if it's bloody or purulent, or if you have persistent pain or hearing loss, it's important to see a doctor, even if the tear seems to be healing

My eardrum is retracted and now it's ballooned up. I'm a pilot and really worried will this heal on its own or do I need surgery? It's been bothering me a lot and I'm not sure what to expect.
Retracted eardrums can range from mild to severe. Some get better on their own, and some need treatment. It's important to visit a healthcare provider if you think you might have a retracted eardrum. In some cases, it can lead to conditions like ear infections and temporary or permanent hearing loss.

I've been taking Susten 200 once a day as advised, but I've started feeling dizzy after taking it. Now I'm also experiencing chills and a really bad cough and cold. I'm almost done with the course, just have two tablets left. How long do these side effects usually last, and is there anything I should do to feel better?
Dizziness is the most common side effect of progesterone pills,no need to worry you can continue the medicine and if the symptoms are bothering you much visit your Gynaecologist for alternate medicine.
