I'm having some trouble with my foreskin. I can pull it back when I'm semi-erect, but not when I'm fully erect. Is this something I should be worried about?

Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin can't be pulled back from the head of the penis.A steroid cream is usually tried first. Surgery is then recommended if the cream doesn't work.

View allI'm experiencing some discoloration on the glans of my penis and suspect it might be balanitis. I'm just unsure if I should see a urologist or another type of specialist. Could you advise on who would be the right doctor to consult for this issue?
For balanitis, you can consult a Urologist. They can prescribe you an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole to apply on the affected area twice a day for 1-2 weeks. Additionally, keeping the area clean and dry is important for recovery.

my dad has a 7mm calculus in his left mid ureter and the doctor recommended urs surgery can we wait a bit longer to see if it passes naturally or is surgery urgent
A 7mm kidney stone in the left mid ureter is unlikely to pass spontaneously, and surgery (URSL, or ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy) may be recommended. While you can explore waiting a bit to see if the stone passes naturally, especially if pain is manageable, surgery is generally indicated for stones of this size. However, discuss this with your dad's doctor to determine the best course of action, considering his individual situation.
