I'm having some trouble with my neckthere's pain, and I'm getting these burps all the time. It seems like every time I eat, I have to burp to feel better, as if there's something stuck in my throat until I do. It's making me feel really weak, and I'm not sure what's going on. Could you help me figure this out?

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me quite worried. I recently dealt with a lower respiratory infection which is now better, but I've been having these digestion issues since. After I eat, it feels like there's gas building up in my chest. It's strange because there's no pain, just a lot of discomfort. Lately, I've been feeling this tightness or gas build-up in my throat area, or maybe it's the food pipe, again without any pain but really uncomfortable. This tightness is mostly around the lower throat, and sometimes I feel it behind my sternum. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do about it?
it is due to acid reflux You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits

Can we use Udiliv 300 over a long period to manage altered liver enzymes? My SGOT is around 50 and SGPT is 60. I'm curious if this medication is safe for long-term use to keep these enzyme levels under control.
