I'm having some trouble when I talk, like I can't catch my breath, and my chest feels really stiff. It's making me feel weak and drained, and honestly, I just don't feel like talking because of it. What's going on? Is this something I should be worried about?

View allMy husband recently had a lung x-ray as part of his annual checkup, and there are a few things that showed up. I'm a bit concerned because the report mentions broncho vascular markings and mild tenting on the hemidiaphragm. A while back, like 17 years ago, he had a pneumothorax and needed surgery to fix it with a thoracotomy. He's not having any breathing issues or other symptoms now, but should we be worried about these x-ray results? Do you think its necessary for us to see a pulmonologist? Would really appreciate your guidance on this.

I'm worried because it feels like my deep breaths aren't fully satisfying, even though my normal breaths seem okay. After 7 to 8 regular breaths, I feel like I need a deeper breath but it's incomplete. Plus, I'm feeling kind of weak, maybe even feverish, but I don't actually have a fever. Could you help me understand what's going on?
Ecg and x-ray chest is advised to the patient.

I'm having this nagging minor chest pain that's been going on for about 6-7 months, mostly when I'm coughing or turning from side to side in bed. It doesn't bother me when I'm just sitting or walking around. About six months back, I saw an MD, and ECG results were normal. Later, I had an ear infection and visited an ENT who found my IgE level really high and put me on antibiotics and Montelukast tablets, which I finished a couple of months ago. But the chest pain is still there. I asked my doctor for more tests, and they suggested a CT chest scan. The report mentioned small ground glass opacities. I'm kinda worried now could this be something serious? Is my chest pain related to these findings, and what's the next step for treatment?
there might be inflammation of lungs, kindly consult a pulmonologist
