I'm having this squeezing pain in my chest that's been going on for a couple of days now. It gets worse when I take a deep breath. Any idea what might be going on?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of angina, which is chest pain or discomfort caused by reduced blood flow to your heart muscle. It is important to seek medical attention immediately. In the meantime, you can take Aspirin 325mg to help reduce the risk of a heart attack. Please take one tablet and chew it for faster absorption. Remember to seek urgent medical help for further evaluation and treatment.

View allI'm really worried because ever since I had COVID, my pulse rate has been around 100 and I've been experiencing palpitations. My doctor suggested I get an echocardiogram done, and I've attached the report here. Can you tell me if everything looks normal? I'm particularly concerned about the mention of trivial tricuspid regurgitationdoes that need treatment?
Trivial TR is a normal finding in healthy heart. Your echo is normal. Post covid palpitations are also seen in many patients. However if the symptoms are severe enough, you may need some medication.

I'm wondering if Preva and Ecosprin AV are actually the same thing or if they're different medications. I'm also a bit concerned about the side effects. Does one have more side effects than the other? Could you help me understand this better?
Both Preva and Ecosprin AV are different medications with different active ingredients and mechanisms of action. Preva contains the active ingredient Clopidogrel, while Ecosprin AV contains a combination of Aspirin and Atorvastatin. In terms of side effects, both medications can cause side effects, but the specific side effects and their likelihood can vary from person to person. Common side effects of Clopidogrel (Preva) include bleeding, bruising, and stomach upset. On the other hand, common side effects of Aspirin and Atorvastatin (Ecosprin AV) include stomach upset, muscle pain, and liver enzyme abnormalities. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider to determine which medication is more suitable for you based on your individual medical history and risk factors.
