I'm really worried because ever since I had COVID, my pulse rate has been around 100 and I've been experiencing palpitations. My doctor suggested I get an echocardiogram done, and I've attached the report here. Can you tell me if everything looks normal? I'm particularly concerned about the mention of trivial tricuspid regurgitationdoes that need treatment?

Trivial TR is a normal finding in healthy heart. Your echo is normal. Post covid palpitations are also seen in many patients. However if the symptoms are severe enough, you may need some medication.

I'm experiencing this mild pain that sort of comes and goes in random parts of my chest. It's like someone's pressing down on it. Sometimes it's on the right side, other times on the left, and occasionally in the center. Should I be worried about this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing random chest pains. This could be due to various reasons such as muscle strain, anxiety, or even digestive issues. However, it is important to rule out any serious conditions. I recommend taking over-the-counter pain relief medication like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg as needed for the pain. If the pain persists or worsens, it is advisable to seek medical attention for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried because my dad's having some mild chest pain. The doctor suggested an X-ray and then mentioned a CT-guided FNAC, but we're stuck since there aren't any clinics nearby that offer this procedure. On top of that, we're not in a strong financial position. Can you guide me on what we should do next? I'm feeling pretty lost right now.
