I'm having these weird feelings where it seems like my breath just pauses. It comes from my stomach, almost like there's a bubble that hits my upper abdomen, and then my breath takes a pause. It makes me really nervous when it happens. Is this something serious I should be worried about?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been taking Deriphyllin R 300 for her condition, but now she's having some issues with her stomach. I'm wondering if switching her to Deriphyllin OD 300 might help. Could that make a difference, or should I be concerned about any side effects?
Yes.

I'm a bit concerned about my symptoms over the past few days. I started with a mild fever and took Combiflam to help me sleep. The next day, my fever got worse, so I switched to DOLO. On the third day, the fever was gone, but I began experiencing loose motions, so I took Norflox. By the fourth day, things seemed a little better, and the frequency of the motions reduced. Now, on the fifth day, the frequency is low, but my motions are still loose. Can you offer any advice on what I should do next?
take plenty of fluids ,ors sachets ,tab loperamide once daily for 3 days
