I've been experiencing some unusual bloating in my stomach, especially around and above my belly button. Even a small amount of food makes me feel super full, which is strange because I've never had this problem before. I did have constipation a few months back, but it's not an issue now. I've noticed that my weight has slightly fluctuated toolike I'll gain a little after eating, but then lose it after going to the bathroom. The main thing is, my stomach just feels and looks really bloated. Any ideas on what might be going on?

I've been really worried since I had this scary episode last night. I was sleeping when I suddenly felt like I was going to vomit, and when I did, I ended up throwing up a lot of blood.
