I'm having a tough time after my fissure surgery. The doctor gave me potassium permanganate and told me to sit in warm water with it for 20 minutes. It seemed okay at first, but when I went back to work and walked around, the skin outside my anus started to burn really badly. Now, it's happening again and again. What should I do? Can you help me figure this out?

Which face wash is best for pimples?
Face wash with either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide may help in removing dead skin cells which clogs the pores leading to acne. Either of them may help only in mild grade of acne. You can choose face wash with salicylic acid if you have blackheads, whiteheads and comedones and face wash with benzoyl peroxide if you have pus filled pimples.

I'm a 27-year-old guy and I'm dealing with some pimples on my face. I've been thinking about taking DOXOL LB pills regularly, but I'm not sure if it's safe. Could you advise me on that? Also, I have a really oily face and I'm looking for a good acne scar removal cream or medication. Is laser treatment a safe option for getting rid of acne scars? I'd really appreciate your help!
Consult your regular Dermatologist for proper frequency and dosing of your DOXOL - LB tablets. For oily face, you can use a face wash containing Salicylic acid twice daily to control oil production. Laser treatment for acne scars can be safe and effective, but it is important to consult with a dermatologist to determine the best treatment option for your specific condition.
