I'm having a tough time after my fissure surgery. The doctor gave me potassium permanganate and told me to sit in warm water with it for 20 minutes. It seemed okay at first, but when I went back to work and walked around, the skin outside my anus started to burn really badly. Now, it's happening again and again. What should I do? I'm struggling with acne on my face, neck, chest, and back. Should I try using candid b cream for it, or would benzoyl peroxide be a better option? I'm really unsure about which one might be more effective.
Benzoyl cream is advised for local application .once daily for 2-4 weeks .

Can you tell me if it's okay to use candid b cream for a fungal infection on my face? I've got these really annoying red and dry patches on my cheeks that look just like dandruff, and I'm a bit worried about them. Is this cream safe to apply there, or should I be trying something else?
Candid B cream can be used for fungal infections on the face. It contains Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone which are effective in treating fungal infections. You can apply a thin layer of Candid B cream on the affected areas on your cheeks twice a day for about 2-4 weeks. Remember to wash your hands before and after applying the cream.
