I'm having trouble breathing and it feels tough to breathe through my mouth. I'm also dealing with tonsillitis. Could this be why I'm struggling to breathe? What might be causing this?

I'm having an issue where my ear gets blocked every time I turn on the AC at night. I'm thinking about using cotton plugs to prevent this blockage temporarily. What could be causing this problem and is using cotton plugs a good idea? Would love some advice on how to deal with this.

I'm feeling a bit worried because I had a sore throat that's improved, but now I'm experiencing pain near my left ear. It's mildly swollen and feels hard. Should I be concerned about this?
