I'm having trouble breathing and it feels tough to breathe through my mouth. I'm also dealing with tonsillitis. Could this be why I'm struggling to breathe? What might be causing this?

I'm 17 and recently had a check-up where the doctor diagnosed me with acute otitis media in my right ear, possibly due to my cold. I've been taking antibiotics like Natravox, using a nasal spray, and a tablet called Nasathera for the cold. The pain in my ear has gone away after taking painkillers, and my cold has cleared up too. But I'm still not hearing fully from my right earthere's this ringing sound. I dance as a hobby, and with a dance concert coming up soon, I'm wondering if it's safe to continue practicing or do any strenuous activities with this ear infection. Could this affect my recovery or hearing any further?

I'm curious about something that's been happening lately. When I lie on my side in bed, I can hear my heartbeat in the ear that's against the pillow, but nowhere else in the room. Is this normal, or should I be concerned about it?

When you lie on one side of the bed, it is common to hear your heartbeat more prominently in the ear that is in contact with the pillow. This is known as pulsatile tinnitus. To help alleviate this symptom, you can try using earplugs or playing white noise in the background. If the issue persists or worsens, it is recommended to consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed some white spots on just one of my tonsils for the past couple of weeks, but there's no pain or irritation. Should I be concerned about this? Is it something that needs attention, even without any discomfort?

That could be Tonsillitis, consume warm foods, visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.
