I'm having trouble breathing properly. Whenever I walk up the stairs to the second floor, my chest starts to hurt and I can't catch my breath. Sometimes, out of nowhere, I just have these breathing problems. What could be causing this?

View allI've been on TB medication for 9 months now. I weighed 50 kg at the start, but now I'm up to 69 kg, and I do feel less tired. The issue is that I sometimes get a slight pain in the upper part of my chest when I take a deep breath while standing. It's strange because I don't feel any pain if I'm lying down and doing the same thing, and I actually breathe easier after a workout. It's really been bothering me. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm dealing with asthma and recently had an asthma attack. I'm using my inhaler twice a day now, but I'm experiencing chest pain, a heavy feeling in my chest, and some breathing issues after using it. Could you give me some advice or suggest any medication that could help with these symptoms?

I'm really worried about my grandma. She's got mild asthma, so sometimes her breathing gets really heavy. My aunt, who's a nurse, mentioned that using Duolin and Budecort in a nebulizer might help when things get tough for her. We've been doing it like once or twice a week whenever she feels bad. But when I checked online, I saw that the dosage and timing should be decided by a doctor. So, I'm wondering if it's okay to keep giving her these meds like we've been doing. Should we be using them together or separately? Whats the right dosage, and how often can we safely use them for her in the nebulizer? I'm really hoping for some advice here!
Hi, it's important to use Duolin and Budecort in a nebulizer only as prescribed by a doctor, as dosage and frequency depend on your grandma's specific condition. Typically, they can be given separately with a gap of at least 15-20 minutes, but please consult her doctor for personalized advice to ensure safe and effective use.
