I'm having trouble with heavy breathing, especially at night and in the morning. It gets worse when I run or do even small exercises. I feel really tired and like I'm not getting enough oxygen. When I cough, there's some pain in my chest, and I have a bit of nose congestion too. Does this sound serious? What could be causing it?

View allI've been having some breathing trouble lately, not too severe, but I've noticed I keep yawning every 25 minutes or so. I haven't had any sneezing or coughing, just this annoying breathing issue. Do you have any idea what might be going on or what I should do?

I'm dealing with asthma, but for the past 45 months, I've been feeling breathless constantly. There's a lot of yawning and burping happening too. I had an X-ray, which showed everything's fine. I've tried nebulization and other treatments my doctor recommended, but nothing seems to work. Could you offer some advice on what might be happening?
continue the same until symptoms exacerbated, if symptoms exacerbated take inhaler
