I'm having trouble with my breathing at times, especially when I'm lying down, and I also experience a lot of acid reflux and burping. Could this be connected to heart issues or is it more likely something to do with my digestion? Who should I get in touch with for this?

View allI'm feeling pretty worried because for the past 10 days, no matter how little I eat, I always feel like my stomach is super full, and I'm dealing with shortness of breath and a lot of burping. It gets even worse when I'm trying to sleep. I saw a gastroenterologist and started taking some meds like pantodac DSR, RCIFAX 550, and GAVISCON syrup for the last 3 days, and I'm feeling a little better. But, recently, I've been noticing my chest feels tight and heavy, and sometimes breathing gets tough. I dont have many other symptoms, just a really rare dry cough, maybe 3-4 times a day. Should I be worried about the coronavirus, or is this something more normal? Looking for some guidance here.

I'm prescribed levoflox oz for my mouth ulcers, but I've been regularly using Spasmo Proxyvon. Is it safe to take both together, given my dependency on Spasmo Proxyvon? I'm a bit worried about any potential interactions or issues this might cause.

I'm experiencing a clear, sticky discharge from my anus, and it's got a pretty bad smell. I've also had loose stools for months. What could be causing this?
the transparent, sticky, and foul-smelling anal discharge, accompanied by loose stools for several months, could be caused by gastrointestinal infection, anal fistula or abscess, hemorrhoids, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), malabsorption, or dietary factors, and it's essential to consult a gastroenterologist or proctologist for a thorough examination and diagnosis.
