I'm having trouble sleeping before 4 am, so I've been taking melatonin. But now I've come down with a fever and took some paracetamol. Can I still take melatonin after that? Is it safe to use both?

Yes, you can take paracetamol and melatonin together. Paracetamol is safe to take for fever, and melatonin can help with sleep. Just make sure to follow the recommended dosages for each.

I'm really starting to get worried because I've had this cough and cold for two weeks now, and it's not a dry cough. I've already gone through a whole bottle of Reswas syrup, but it didn't really do anything. I even tried taking Grillintus BM for a day, but I had to stop because I experienced some side effects. What should I do next? Is there something else I can try?

Considering your persistent cough and cold for two weeks, and unsuccessful treatment with Reswas syrup and Grillintus BM, consult me with detaoiled history to reassess your condition, as you may need a different medication or a combination of treatments, such as a mucolytic agent, expectorant, or antihistamine, and in the meantime, try symptomatic relief measures like steam inhalation, saline nasal sprays, and warm liquids.

I'm a little worried about cellulitis treatment. My partner has been on Augmentin 625 twice a day and Chymoral forte three times a day for the past three days. Should we be seeing a specific kind of doctor for this, or is a general practitioner okay? Also, do you think this medication regimen sounds right, or should we be doing something differently? Any advice would be super helpful.
