I'm having trouble sleeping because every time I'm about to fall into a deep sleep, I feel short of breath, almost like I'm having an attack, and it wakes me up suddenly. It's really interrupting my sleep and I'm starting to get worried. I'm not getting enough rest at night, and it's only made worse by a bit of nasal congestion. What could be going on?

View allI'm wondering if it's common for someone with TB on medication to have trouble breathing, feel chest tightness, or experience restlessness at times. I've also been diagnosed with LRTI and had a tuberculous pleural effusion that was drained. The doctors mentioned something about possibly having sarcoidosis too, and I'm a bit worried. Is this something that can happen?

I've been dealing with wheezing and a cough for the last couple of days, and tonight I took an azithromycin 500 tablet along with a pill that has serratiopeptidase and diclofenac sodium. Now I feel like the wheezing has gotten worse. Should I be worried or change the medication? What should I do next?

I'm looking at my CT scan results, and I'm not sure what to make of it. It mentions there's a subtle thin fibrotic band in the lateral segment of my right middle lobe and has a CORADS score of 3, which I think means it's indeterminate for COVID-19. I'm a bit anxious about what this might mean. Could you help me understand the report better?
