I'm having trouble sleeping because every time I'm about to fall into a deep sleep, I feel short of breath, almost like I'm having an attack, and it wakes me up suddenly. I'm noticing some chest congestion that's been going on for about a week now. It's making it hard to breathe at times, and I've got a bit of a cough. Plus, I hear these heavy sounds when I breathe. Could this possibly be asthma or something else? I really need some advice on what might be happening.

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625mg thrice daily, for 5 days, tab pan d,orally once daily for 14 days ,syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 14 days.Also avoid spicy and hot items is advised to the patient.
